Purchased this as a replacement for a unit installed May 2014. The unit was packaged well, the directions were clear an concise. UPS delivery was prompt. The package hard been dropped on its edge, presumably during transit, but no damage was found. The unit works as expected and is quieter than anticipated.

Excellent product. Super cold! Our original 12 year Frigidaire air conditioners 12K btu units are still going strong in our cabin. We are building an extension to the cabin so we purchased another two units 18K btu because we are so impressed with their performance. The unit works well overall. Was a pain to install into the wall since the previous owners of my house had one in the wall that died. Came dented up and it turns out they don™™t replace the front piece, which seems like it would be the easiest piece to replace. Overall, meh.

I received it in good condition. I have not installed it because my wife was admitted to the hospital for open heart surgery. I look forward to the added comfort it will bring in place of our aging GE UNIT.I'll get on after installing and trying it out.

Very pleased, so far, with this unit. Cools very well and is quiet compared to the LG unit that it replaced. Although the CEER is not rated as high as the LG unit, we™™ll see how well it performs when we get the electric bill. Was very easy install.

I've only been running it two days so far but I am well pleased. We live in the humid south and it is keeping us cool. Running it off a dedicated 30 amp breakerwith 10 gauge wire and a 30 amp receptacle and no hiccups at all. It pulls 25 amps. Fan is not that loud even on high. Nice unit. Highly recommend. Arrived UPS in good shape.

This unit is a replacement for my previous replacement unit. The one that went out fried the control board after 4.5 years of service. This one is the same size and slid into the old chassis making installation easy. The features are slightly different but seem nice so far such as the fan ramping up and down when needed as well as the Dry mode.

Mom™™s old frigidaire unit that was manufactured in 2008 stopped heating. With winter approaching it was decision time. She heats with a wood heater in the dead of winter but for the so so cool spells we get in Louisiana the window unit with the heat is a no brained. Ordered it and received it in a timley fashion and lucky for me installed in the same opening perfectly despite the years of difference. The outside cabinet did have a small bend in the top of the side/top corner but not bad enough to return unit. Since install she has been using it as needed. She™™s happy and warm.

CAUTION! This unit takes a 30-AMP circuit and NOT a 20-AMP. The information above claims to use a LCDA 6-20P Plug. This not true. The unit has a 6-30P plug on it (30 is the amp circuit) and the above info changed. I know cause I bought one needing a 20 amp A/C. Now I have to call an electrician or try to re-box and ship a 130 pound unit back to these guys. What a hassle!!!!
