Easy to use and wipes down really well. When initially installed the person we hired didn't set up correctly; Bosch customer service was INCREDIBLE people the send out TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING!

The downdraft blower works as expected and we are satisfied with the performance so far. I hope the filters capture the grease better than our old Dacor one which allowed grease to accumulate in the electrical box. It matches the Bosch induction stove top that we purchased earlier.

Expected a lot more as far as removing cooking odors and fumes from our prep area. Works a lot better when we remove the front panel and filters from the unit. Also, if you accidentally contact the operations button with the edge of a hot skillet it will leave a melt scar on the button. It must be plastic or some non high temp material. Wish kitchen designer would have recommended another manufacturer.

The downdraft works fine other than when the removable cover is on the top that you take out to clean the filters, it makes a loud whistling sound. You remove this cover, it's pretty quiet. Seems like a design flaw
