Return Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. Dealing with returns can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.
Pre-Measure: Every home is different so not every installation is the same. Ruffoni’s can for a fee perform an on-site pre-measure so you know what will be involved in replacing your appliance. Ruffoni’s will measure the opening and check the existing connections to let you know what potential modifications and/or connections may be needed to complete the installation seamlessly.
Estimated Time of Arrival: With any purchase you will be provided an ETA. This is a predicted time and is subject to change. Ruffoni’s is not responsible for delays dictated by the manufacturer, freight, shortages, etc. Contact us to request an ETA prior to placing an order.
Defective Products: If your product is defective notify Ruffoni’s or the product’s manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. New appliances include a minimum one-year parts and labor warranty. See your product literature for details. Ruffoni’s and/or the manufacturer will at its option repair or replace the product.
Damaged Products: All of our shipments are 100% insured. Damage(s) must be reported within 48 hours. Product(s) damaged during shipping are eligible for repair or exchange at no charge to you. Product(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all local deliveries. Feel free to call us for our local delivery area. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. We will contact you to schedule another delivery. Freight delivery policy varies.
The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: Ruffoni’s offers a 30-day upgrade option if you are not satisfied with your purchase. A new installation fee will apply.
Returns/Refunds: Special order item(s) are not returnable even if not yet delivered. Special order item(s) are any item(s) that Ruffoni’s orders in for you at your request. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product. Any exceptions are at Ruffoni’s sole discretion and will incur a 25% restocking fee. The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. Refunds will be handled according to our store’s policies.
Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Shipping & Handling Costs
Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase. Shipping & Handling Costs may be referred to as delivery, set up, white glove, installation, haul away, etc.
Installation Add-Ons New appliances do not come with all of the connections needed to install. To ensure functionality and prevent potential leaks or other issues, Ruffoni’s always recommends new connections. However, you have the right to refuse new connections. Ruffoni’s is not responsible for any issue(s) or damage(s) as a result of refusing new connections. Please Contact us with assistance on what add-ons you might need when replacing an appliance.
